Sailor Venus Cosplay

I bought this cosplay on Kleinanzeigen for Halloween 2024, and because it was a cheap cosplay, it needs some work.
I knew this going in, but I'm still not 100% sure how to go about all of the work it needs. Since it's a full cosplay, I'll be adding the details on accessories and wig alterations here as well.

Needs & Possible Fixes:

• Sheer - Lining on leotard
• Floppy Bows - Reinforce bows with wire or interfacing?
• Messy Seams - Tack down when possible, redo when necessary
• Skirt lining is weak - make a petticoat or minimum give the tulle some structure?
• Plain - Gold Embroidery on trim (in progress)
• Wig Styling & Bow - Done but could be better
• Tiara - Done but DEFINITELY could be better
• Oversized gloves - Resize to fit (done!)

Materials:

Cosplay: Kleinanzeigen, probably originally Miccocostumes or other cheap mass-produced cosplay site
Wig: Kleinanzeigen, definitely not real hair but not super plasticky feel
Shoes: Also Kleinanzeigen, Tamaris and relatively comfortable.
